Located along the Delaware River, and bordered by the states
of Pennsylvania, New York and New Jersey, the Delaware River Highlands region
is situated between the Pocono Mountains to the southwest and the Catskills

Comprising parts of five counties (Pike and Wayne in PA, Orange
and Sullivan in NY and Sussex in NJ) and scores of small towns (including Milford
and Hawley, PA, Port Jervis, Barryville and Narrowburg, NY, and Montague, Layton
and Branchville, NJ) and hundreds of miles of winding country backroads.
The area is sprinkled with quaint shops, exciting galleries,
charming B&Bs and unmatched scenery and hiking trails. A wide range of outdoor
